HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT THE CORALS ARRIVE SAFELY?

In order to ensure that the corals you have ordered reach you safely, they will be shipped in special secure packaging. We also work wish specialised logistics companies (UPS ISC livestock EXPRESS), which has enabled us to reduce the number of items that don't arrive safely to a shrinking level in the past few years.

IS THERE ANY RISK TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER IF THE CORALS DON'T SURVIVE TRANSPORTATION?

No. Despite our experience and optimised packaging, we cannot completely rule out that something could go wrong in the transportation. If, despite all expectations to the contrary, there is a problem with an order, this does not present a risk to you: we offer a live arrival guarantee with no questions asked – we will replace the coral for you if you send us a photo during the first 24h after arrival.
